When most people think of goal setting, they picture it as a way to map out where they want to go in life. The same concept applies to your finances. Whether you're dreaming of building your own business, traveling the world, or just feeling less stressed when checking your bank account, having clear financial goals can help you get there. For me I do that by mostly carrying cash. 

Carrying cash helped me save because I could actually see my money leaving. Standing in line and handing over a $20 felt way more painful than tapping a card. I remember once standing in line for boba, realizing they didn’t take cash, and just walking away (lowkey relieved I didn’t spend $8). 

A lot of places don’t even take cash now, which honestly helped me so much since it’s like an excuse not to buy random stuff. Keeping physical money in my bag makes me more aware of what I really want versus what’s just a habit.

 If your trying to save money you should try carrying cash instead of using apple pay cause in the long term it could save you money.
